I have been wanting to move to British Columbia for a very long time. Unfortunately Covid it made the housing market skyrocket. I had no idea 🤷‍♂️ who to pick as my real estate agent. I thank a higher power that lead to Cassandra RUSH. (Royal LePage). I’m on an extremely tight schedule that, realistically, can’t be done. The hours Cassandra has put in to find me my forever home was above a beyond my expectations. Cassandra is a person whom I find to be EXTREMELY honest. I gave Cassandra 100% consent to pick out a house that will be an easy sell in the distant future. I never met Cassandra or seen my house other than pictures. (This is trust to the max). My former job had me trusting nobody but myself. Cassandra is an amazing person, and will show you a house that is right for you. The commission is not a motivator compared to the happiness of her client. Cassandra did not sell me the most expensive house. She sold me the house that fit me. I will tell you right now that “not all superheroes wear capes”.
