I have been wanting to move to British Columbia for a very long time. Unfortunately Covid it made the housing market skyrocket. I had no idea 🤷‍♂️ who to pick as my real estate agent. I thank a higher power that lead to Cassandra RUSH. (Royal LePage). I’m on an extremely tight schedule that, realistically, can’t be done. The hours Cassandra has put in to find me my forever home was above a beyond my expectations. Cassandra is a person whom I find to be EXTREMELY honest. I gave Cassandra 100% consent to pick out a house that will be an easy sell in the distant future. I never met Cassandra or seen my house other than pictures. (This is trust to the max). My former job had me trusting nobody but myself. Cassandra is an amazing person, and will show you a house that is right for you. The commission is not a motivator compared to the happiness of her client. Cassandra did not sell me the most expensive house. She sold me the house that fit me. I will tell you right now that “not all superheroes wear capes”. I can quite honestly say that not having Cassandra on your team is a big loss for you. Very grateful Cassandra.

My wife and I recently bought our first house and we were absolutely delighted with the the service Cassandra rush provided for us. I would like to take a few minutes to go back to what feels like forever ago… to the times when we set out on our journey to buy our first home, to the sale of our first home and then the second purchase of our forever home too… Cassie was wonderful! I reached out to her feeling so very overwhelmed with the question of “WHERE DO WE START” – it can be very hard to get things in motion on your own, but she got us in touch with finance right away which started the ball rolling. From that point it was so very easy with her! Always on point with any information we needed, if she didnt by chance know something- she knew who, what or where to go to get the information, very knowledgeable, always promp to set up our showings at our convenience (which was so helpful with busy life and toddler). It felt as if Cassie listened so very carefully with her ears and her heart- at what we wanted, needed and what we were looking for, which was SO refreshing! Then a couple years went by, and we needed to both sell and buy again (also felt overwhelming just thinking of that) but once again Cassie came in, gave us the particulars, the “know how” information needed for our much needed quick sell- and was so on point! We sold quite quickly and it was wonderful- so easy and very smooth no trouble at all. Moving forward, when we were looking for our forever home, I remember that night like nothing!!
